What we collect
When you use the contact form or email us, we receive the information you provide: your name, email address, optional phone number, details of your request and any documents you attach. Documents may contain sensitive personal data such as civil status, education or criminal record information.
Why we use it
We use this information only to answer your request, prepare a quote and, if you instruct us, carry out the service. We do not use it for marketing and do not sell it.
Who receives it
Form messages are delivered to our mailbox hosted by Google Workspace. The website is hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland. When you instruct us, documents are shared with the translators, notaries and authorities needed to complete the service.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to an order are deleted within 12 months. Files relating to completed orders are kept for as long as required by accounting and legal obligations.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use tracking or advertising scripts.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its processing, by writing to info@abc-office.eu. You may also contact the data protection authority of your country.
