How it works
Tell us what you need
Describe the act — a copy, a signature, a power of attorney — and where it will be used.
Drafting
We draft bilingual texts where useful, so the act is understood in Armenia and abroad.
Notary appointment
We book the notary and, if needed, an interpreter. Acts that do not need you in person are handled without you.
Onward steps
Translation, apostille or consular legalization follow straight away, so the document is ready to use abroad.
Notarial acts that need you in person
A notary must identify the person who signs. Signing a power of attorney or a declaration therefore needs you in front of the notary — in Armenia, or at an Armenian consulate or a local notary abroad. Certified copies and notarised translations do not need you present; we handle them with the original document.

Frequently asked questions
Is ABC Translation a notary?
No. We are a translation and legalization company. We work with notaries in Armenia, prepare and translate the documents, and coordinate the notarial act on your behalf.
Can a document notarised abroad be used in Armenia?
Yes, if it carries an apostille (or consular legalization) from the country where it was notarised and is translated into Armenian. We can organise both.
