How it works
Share the embassy checklist
Send us the list of documents the embassy asked for, or tell us the visa or procedure type.
Gap analysis
We mark which documents you already have, which must be retrieved, and what each one needs: translation, notarisation, apostille or legalization.
Preparation
We retrieve, translate and certify each document in the order the procedure requires.
Final check
Before you go to the appointment, we check the complete file against the embassy's checklist.
Why embassy files fail
The most common reasons are a translation without the right certification, a document older than the embassy accepts (police certificates are often valid for only a few months), or an apostille placed on the wrong document. A short review before submission prevents a second appointment.
Documents for foreign embassies in Yerevan
Most countries represented in Armenia accept translations made in Armenia when they are notarised, and some publish their own list of accredited translators. We prepare translations in the form each embassy accepts and, where an embassy legalizes documents itself, we submit them on your behalf.

Frequently asked questions
Do you book the embassy appointment?
Appointments are personal and usually booked by the applicant. We prepare the documents to the appointment date and can provide an interpreter to accompany you if needed.
Is embassy legalization the same as consular legalization?
They are closely related. Consular legalization is the chain used when a country is outside the Apostille Convention. Embassy legalization here also covers preparing a document file to an embassy's specific checklist, whichever certification it requires.
