How it works
Send a scan for a quote
We confirm whether a certified copy is accepted for your purpose.
Hand over the original
In Yerevan or by courier. The notary must see the original.
Certification
The copy is certified by a notary, then translated or apostilled if required.
Return
We return your original with the certified copies.
When a certified copy is the better choice
Universities abroad, employers and some consulates often keep the documents you submit. Sending a certified copy — translated and apostilled where needed — means your original diploma or passport stays with you.

Frequently asked questions
Can a certified copy be apostilled?
Yes. A copy certified by an Armenian notary is a notarial document and can receive an apostille from the Ministry of Justice.
How many copies should I order?
Order one per institution that will keep a copy. Extra copies made in the same visit cost less than returning later.
