Consular legalization
Why clients choose us
- One team, end to end
- Retrieval, translation, notary and legalization are handled together, so nothing falls between two providers.
- Offices beyond Armenia
- ABC Translation also works in Europe, which helps when the destination country needs its own sworn translator or a second legalization.
- Checked before you pay
- We confirm what the receiving authority accepts before quoting, so you do not pay for the wrong certification.
Common questions
How much does a certified translation cost?
Prices depend on the language pair, the length and layout of the document, and the type of certification required. Send us a scan and we reply with a fixed price, usually within a few hours on working days.
How long does it take?
Standard civil documents such as birth or marriage certificates are usually ready in 1–2 working days including notarial certification. Urgent same-day service is often possible; ask when you request a quote.
How long does an apostille take in Armenia?
The Ministry of Justice normally issues the apostille within one working day of filing. With collection, translation and delivery, most clients receive their documents in 2–4 working days.
Can I get an apostille without coming to Armenia?
Yes. We act on your behalf: you send the original by courier, or we obtain a fresh copy of the document for you with a power of attorney, and we return the apostilled document anywhere in the world.
How long does consular legalization take?
It depends on the consulate. The Armenian Ministry step is usually quick; consulates range from a few days to several weeks. We give a realistic timeline with your quote.
