How it works
Tell us what you need
Give us the details you have: names, dates, places. Old or partial information is often enough to start an archive search.
Authorisation
Most authorities release documents only to the person concerned or a representative, so we send you a short power of attorney to sign.
Request and follow-up
We file the request with the civil registry, police, register or archive and follow it until the document is issued.
Translation, apostille, delivery
The new document is translated and apostilled if needed, and sent to you anywhere in the world.
For the Armenian diaspora
Many of our clients live in France, Russia, the United States and elsewhere and need records from Armenia for citizenship, inheritance, marriage or pension files. Because ABC Translation has offices abroad, the power of attorney, the retrieval in Armenia and the translation for your country can be coordinated by one team.

Frequently asked questions
Can you find a record if I don't know the exact date?
Often yes. Archives can search within a range of years when given names and places. We tell you upfront if the information is insufficient.
How long does retrieval take?
Civil registry repeat certificates are usually quick; archive searches can take several weeks. We estimate the timeline when we see the details.
